Abstract & Travel Award Submission

DEADLINE: APRIL 7th, 2023 AT 11:59 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME

Abstracts

You must have already paid for registration and received an email with the registration code to be eligible for abstract submission. All submissions without a valid registration code will be subject to removal.

Multiple abstracts may be submitted (max 5); however, each abstract must have a different first author. Abbreviations must be defined when first used. There is a 250 word count (this is automatically enforced in the abstract submission form).

You can indicate whether or not you would like to present a poster or a poster + data blitz.

Travel Awards

Funds were allocated for travel awards, please indicate if you intend to be considered for a travel award. Note that travel awards are only presented to trainees (graduate students & post-docs). Please make sure to include these attachments:

  1. a letter of Intent from the trainee describing the importance of the meeting for them and the rationale for travel assistance; and

  2. a letter of support from the supervisor along with your abstract.

Note that acceptance of your abstract does not mean that you have been awarded a travel award, we will announce all successful applicants on a separate page / email.
